- BLACKMERLE adheres strictly to selling guidelines of Stripe and PayPal, ensuring that both BLACKMERLE & the customer are fully protected under their security policies.

- All orders will be processed for shipping within 1 -2 business day after placing the order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- BLACKMERLE ships delivery duty unpaid, and as such, international orders outside Canada may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs & border services agency. These levies, in addition to any brokerage fees charged for customs clearance, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- refunds are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted with the exception of sale items.
- All exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the original order. You may exchange an item or accept a store credit, valid for one year, on any returns. Exchange requests must be emailed at email@example.com before sending the package back. Refunds on both original and return postage costs are not possible.
- Exchanges are only possible if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the tags still attached. Soiled, damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted.
