Shipping:

  • WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (If your country is not listed at the checkout, please contact us at info@blackmerle.com.) 

 

  • THE PRICE INCLUDES DUTIES AND TAXES. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED EXTRA CUSTOMS DUTY/FEE UPON DELIVERY.

 

  • All orders will be processed for shipping within 1 -2 business day after placing the order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Return/Exchange:

  • refunds are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted with the exception of sale items.

 

  • All exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the original order. You may exchange an item or accept a store credit, valid for one year, on any returns. Exchange requests must be emailed at info@blackmerle.com before sending the package backRefunds on both original and return postage costs are not possible.

 

  • Exchanges are only possible if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the tags still attached. Soiled, damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted.
