ORDERS
You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order after it has been made. Once an order has been placed it is not possible to adjust or cancel your order.
Orders are shipped worldwide through EMS or DHL Express (3-4 Business days) at the following rates.
We offer free shipping for orders above $400.00 USD.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your shipment has been fulfilled.
For most international orders, there will not be any import fees / duties.
Packages that are rejected or not picked up by the receiver within the shipping courier's allotted timeframe may be returned back to us. In such cases, any additional costs incurred will also be at the responsibility of the receiver.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to ship your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please get in contact at info@blackmerle.com with your order ID. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your order is cleared for return, we'll send you a DHL return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send back your package.
When your return has been received and inspected, we'll get in touch to notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Return shipping costs are higher than the initial shipping cost and we will email you the copy of DHL invoice once it has been processed. Both the initial and return shipping costs, in addition to PayPal fees, will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund. Please note it may take some time for the refund to reflect onto your account.
At this time, international orders are not eligible for exchange.
Sale and pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
